RT Education Fund (RTEF)
The RT Education Fund was established by Ron and Twyla Corkum. Ron passed away October 26, 2003. He lived and worked in the Peace for 27 years – going back to School in his late 30’s to complete his engineering degree. In setting up this education fund Ron wanted to help the “talent around the North”. He remembered how hard it was to work and go to school and set up this fund specifically for 3rd or final year students in order to help them finish their degrees.
